I have tried everything I can find and I still cannot send email from Outlook 2003. I have checked anything being blocked, all passwords are in place, my authentication seems right. What else could there be? Does Outlook 2003 even work with AOL?
I have tried the AOL software 9.0 and if anyone can give me help with using that, I would try it. It opens so many windows at a time it's too annoying to use. I have the proper settings for windows to open in the current window, etc. The software also has so many ads along teh sides and bottom.
I am beginning to not even want to check my emails anymore, it's that frustrating.

ok, im gonna try to be gentle as i say this, but NO ONE ON EARTH USES AOL.
they died in the 90's, use gmail or yahoo mail like everyone else.
