How can I configure Micosoft Outlook/ Outlook express for a single Email ID on more than one PCs?

There are 12 computers in my office. I wish to configure Microsoft Outlook for one Email ID on all PCs. Everything is ok, expect If a mail arrives on on one PCs, It can not be retreived on another.

You can do this by using the import/export function in Outlook. From the computer that is currently set up, click on File then Import/Export. Outlook has complete instructions for backing up your Outlook and that is what you want to follow. I'll give a little outline here:


1. File Import/Export


2. Save to a file


3. Save to a personal data file (may have the name wrong here)


4. Once saved move that file to a memory stick or CD.


5. On each new computer use Import/Export and import that file into Outlook.
