go to your yahoo mail and click on Options
Select POP access %26amp; Forwarding
Choose Web Access and POP
In there you will find the setup for POP and SMTP (click on Need Help?)
Use the POP setting exactly as is.
If you want to send messages - make sure you do NOT use the SMTP that they provide ... use the one your ISP gave to you (your default email account) ... you can find that setting if you go to your Outlook ... Accounts, Modify ... Servers - and the SMTP is in there
