Any other great details about the phone would be helpful, not sure if I want to keep this one, it doesn't seem to be user friendly! Help
When I go to email a pic on my blackberry curve it tells me that my email isn't configured. What do I do? ?
The Blackberry is designed more for business use than personal use. It is certainly not user friendly. See the link below for info on using email. If you can return the phone, you should do so unless you work for a company that is going to help you with it.
Reply:You need to run the setup wizard (look for it on your menu) and actually setup your email on your blackberry. Once you do this you should have no problems emailing pics.
Reply:Do you actually have an email address setup on your blackberry yet? It doesn't sound like you do and if you don't that would explain your problem.
